Potentially incorrect citation about heterothermy.
This edit request has been answered. Set the |answered= parameter to no to reactivate your request. |
The Thermoregulation subheading specifically cites Nowack, J.; Stawski, C.; Geiser, F. (2017) in the first sentence as the source for information about the differential nature of heterothermy between bats. Whilst this citation is useful in the general context it doesn't specifically address this question at all, instead focusing on broadening our concept of the reasons for torpor instead!
A more appropriate source would instead be Stawski, Willis, & Geiser, 2014 which has a table (Table 1) that summarises thermal physiology of bats by family. Skeletorfw (talk) 11:52, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
Done; added the source you suggested. —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 03:52, 8 September 2023 (UTC)
