    The complement of non-volatile computer storage is volatile memory which is not a member of computer data storage. fgnievinski (talk) 01:48, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
  • Oppose - While I appreciate that from a forest perspective these are technically the same, there is currently little content overlap between the two articles so combining would note be a huge improvement. Form a trees perspective, IME non-volatile typically refers to electrical, not mechanical storage to contrast with volatile memory. ~Kvng (talk) 15:20, 27 April 2024 (UTC)
