I happen to know Lucy Moore so have a COI, but she is notable and a PhD student of Prof. Hadley's as indicated by the source. I would be happy to make the change myself if no one minds, and I have edited the article previously, but wanted to proceed with an abundance of caution. 🏰 Richard Nevell (talk) 20:58, 20 July 2026 (UTC)

For transparency
The post above reminded me that I had been meaning to post a disclosure here: I started this article on Prof Hadley before I fully understood COI rules back in 2019. I started it because my other supervisor Andrew Woods (archaeologist) had an article already and that seemed inequitable. I should have posted about this ages ago, but I kept forgetting I'd remember away from my laptop, or at a different inconvenient moment and then forget when I was on-wiki. Rest assured, I wouldn't do this now, and I discourage people from writing about others they know. I no longer edit this article either Lajmmoore (talk) 16:31, 27 July 2026 (UTC)
