Proposed update: Founder background and academic initiatives

I am affiliated with ECPI University and am suggesting updates in accordance with Wikipedia’s conflict of interest guidelines. I will not edit the article directly.

ECPI University was founded by Alfred Dreyfus, who immigrated to the United States in 1947 and later established the institution in Norfolk, Virginia, in 1966 with a small initial class of students.
