"In July 2020, Jackie Fisher, an Eddie Bauer client, dismissed his allegations claiming the company fooled outlet consumers with fake promotions and made-up comparison prices." According to the source, Fisher did voluntarily dismiss his own lawsuit making those allegations. I question whether an old dismissed lawsuit like that is noteworthy enough to include in the article. Jameson Nightowl (talk) 05:27, 11 February 2026 (UTC)
