Existing article for financial embargos?
Payment processor embargos are becoming more popular, such as those against Wikileaks, Bitcoin businesses and I noticed proposed by UK video on demand regulator ATVOD[1]. I suspect we're going to see more of this. I'm pretty ignorant about the non-UK situation however, would there be much content to put into Payment processor embargo?
