Why does induced fit not have a bigger section?

effect of the 10C doubling effect at beneficial medical applications
are there any references suggesting that as a result of the approximate doubling of enzyme activity with each 10 degrees C that distal parts or organisms have different chemical activity than central parts, like a study on dermal healing when warmed to core temperature with IR as improving healing, or possibly cooling of healing tissues providing more gradual finer tissue recreation
