The “women and funk” term paper
The section “Social Impact” consists entirely of “Women and Funk,” which is little more than a well-sourced but questionable essay on funk musician Betty Davis. Because of its length and specificity, there’s little in it that supports an overarching encyclopedia article on funk music in general, and expanding the notion of “women in funk” using its premise as a starting point would be too big for this article and deserve its own. I support its complete removal, but would like to open a discussion about it first. Thoughts? PacificBoy (talk) 08:02, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
