Quick fail: This article is a long way from meeting criterion 3, as it requires require more information about their participation, but not too much. The article delves into unnecessary information such as a "Milestones" section that can be instead written as words in the body. Another example would be the "Breakthrough at the 2025 Deaflympics in Tokyo" and "India's dominance in shooting at the 2025 Deaflympics", whereas it does sound a bit unencyclopedic seeing that the sources don't mention it (See WP:PUFFERY) + this could just be written out in paragraph form rather than making other sections for it.
The "medal count" and "total athletes" section is not consistent with articles of a similar nature such as India at the Olympics. Date systems are inconsistent, DMY and digit forms for dates being used in the sourcing + the usage of "@" as opposed to just stating the publisher. Grammatical errors such as spacing here "Indian shooters won 16 medals ,including 7 gold , 6 silver , and 3 bronze medals. ", and citations being put before punctuation marks. The article has potential but needs to be heavily worked on before sending it again to GAN.
