Comments—I think this nomination is fairly premature. Just looking at things, the RD section is mostly unreferenced, and the history section is way too short to meet the GA criteria. Start looking at all of the state-level articles and pull summaries of the construction history over and make sure the RD has more footnotes. Until then, this will never pass. - @HurricaneTracker495: you'd do well to read the previous GAN review and work on those issues before nominating. Basically, nothing was done of substance to address them, so this article is still a quite a ways from meriting listing as a GA. Imzadi 1979 → 22:47, 24 December 2020 (UTC)

@HurricaneTracker495: Some tidbits. First, you should not create the review page. The reviewer should. Second, it is futile to nominate an article for GA when it is clearly not ready. Make sure that the article meets the six criterion stated on WP:GAI. I’m sorry, but if an article is clearly not ready and has missing citations, it is almost a guaranteed speedy fail.
