Medical conditions
To help other readers properly understand this person and their unusual look I think it is necessary to mention his medical conditions, source: Jeff Hiller Fought to Have Chapter About 'Having No Hair and No Eyebrows' in Memoir. I'm not sure about WP:BLP and the best way to present this information but I believe the article would be incomplete without it.
