A question
In the United States, what legal action may be taken against renters who do not pay a late fee? For instance, if a person rents a game and keeps it past the due date, and offers to return the game without paying the fee, but agrees to NOT continue service with the store, can legal action be taken against them? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.144.204.209 (talk • contribs)
