The common name does not match the official AOU common name: Lesser Prairie-Chicken, not Lesser Prairie Chicken. Same for the Greater Prairie-Chicken. The hyphen indicates that this species is not a type of chicken. References: http://checklist.aou.org/taxa/108 http://checklist.aou.org/taxa/109
