Bao Xishun
The wiki article of Bao Xishun ([]) mentions his height to be 2.47 metres (8 ft 1 in). In "People that are tallest (6 ft 3 in and over)" it's said to be 2.36 m (7 ft 9 in). Both heights are mentioned in different sources on the Internet. Which one is correct? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mimimei (talk • contribs) 09:38, May 2, 2010 (UTC)
Sam Deguara
Sam is most likely also a true giant, standing at 2.30m he is one of the all time tallest. Same goes for Slavko Vraneš.[Special:Contributions/~2025-39272-44|~2025-39272-44]] (talk) 22:49, 9 December 2025 (UTC)

'Malawian Giant'
Neither of the sources for 'Malawian Giant' work. The first links to an article that doesn't mention anyone fitting the description at all and the other link is broken. I can't find any other mentions of this person existing anywhere. Unless someone can find a new source that works this entry should either be given a note or switched to unverified. height ranges
For some of the disputed listing like Willie Camper, the upper height estimate is used. For others like Hồ Văn Trung, they are sorted by the lower-end estimate. Without any stated reason for why the specific estimate was chosen this seems problematic, especially when more well known (and western) cases tend to have the tallest estimate used. — jonas (talk) 20:42, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
