Dates mess

Someone has misinterpreted a source which states that the construction of pre-production cars began in October 1995 as meaning that production started in October 1995, when the source actually says that production began in July 1996. I'm not here to blame anyone for this error; the source isn't very clearly formatted and it's an easy mistake to make. However, the result of this is that the dates in this article have all been messed up, with someone else then misinterpreting this discrepancy as meaning that production began in 1995 for the 1996 model year, which is not a convention that usually applies to European cars. Whatever the situation is with North American model years for this car, if Daimler ever marketed this car in North America using that convention at all, is something that can be mentioned in the article but needs to be sourced separately with clear context given that this is a regional convention and not universally applicable.
