Minor grammar glitch
"they are at parity [with] or slightly higher than" should have "with" in the indicated position, but lacks it. The two comparators, "at parity with" and "slightly higher than" don't share the same final word, so the "or" needs each to be complete; they can't share "than" as their final word, because "at parity than" is not a thing.
