Neighbouring countries
I've eaten this dish in Laos and Cambodia. In Laos it was in a restaurant in a random town with only locals dining. In Cambodia it was in Siem Reap with maybe 50% locals and 50% foreign travelers. — Hippietrail (talk) 06:00, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
Genghis khan?
