Notability issue
The Native Girls Code program has somewhat weak notability by itself, but the parent organization, Na'ah Illahee Fund, seems to have sufficient notability for its own article. Instead of deleting this article, a good approach could be to expand and rename this article to be about the parent organization, with Native Girls Code as one of their programs.
