Unsourced, chaotic, untrustworthy history section. I know Grokipedia can't be trusted either, but its article (here) seems in part to make more sense.

• what came first, Roglit or Neve M.?
• one was est. in 58, the other one WHEN?
• which one didn't attract new inhabitants? If NM: why was the merged moshav then called NM, not Roglit?
• what did each of the 2 produce before the merger?
• was the border police post est., or abandoned in 62?
• was it built near NM or Roglit?
