Outward agents
"Outward agents" is a nonsense phrase, sloppy, and should be replaced. There is only one reference to Stamper in the cited article and all it says is that he " ... publicly blamed the property destruction on Eugene anarchists ..." It looks like whoever wrote "outward agents" wanted either "outsiders" or "agents provocateurs" and ended up with crud. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.106.232.95 (talk) 12:30, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
