Disclosing COI: I am an employee of Planisware and have declared my conflict of interest on my User page.

Issue: The article currently makes no mention that Planisware is a publicly listed company, which is a (rather) significant and independently documented factual omission.

Proposed addition: I propose adding the following sentence at the end of the opening paragraph:

In April 2024, Planisware listed on Compartment A of Euronext Paris (ticker: PLNW), with a market capitalisation of approximately €1.1 billion at the time of listing, making it one of the largest technology IPOs on a European exchange in 2024.
