His first Google hits (, , & ) make O an initial, not a whole surname. The first of these shows the cover of Dazzled Child, with his name displayed that way, and the third has sufficient slight "degree of separation" to the author to display a photo of him, in which he is posed differently from any hit for his name on Google image search. I conclude that the title of the article should end with a period.
