The history section is a complete mess. The first historical fact about starting TCP/IP connectivity (which is after its initial DECNET implementation) is wedged into the first sentence and contradicts its own citation, followed by a sentence about that initial implementation. The second citation sets 1989 as the organisation's founding year, contradicting this article's mention of 1986 (the text does not mention its incorporation in 1989, only the sidebar does).
