Antibiotics in "environmental" category?

Does it make sense for concerns about antibiotic use to be placed in the environmental category rather than the animal welfare category, or a separate section of it's own? Most of the content in the antibiotic section relates to animal welfare. publicly traded company description

This year, several newer editors have edited the lede to state that Smithfield is a 'publicly traded company'.
