Any objections to including a section on the vesicle cycle? If it's too long (or if there are already objections), perhaps we could create a new article for the vesicle cycle. Paskari (talk) 15:16, 8 July 2008 (UTC)

On 2005-11-07, Stellar-TO addded the following claim to this article:

• Some neurotoxins, such as batrachotoxin, are known to destroy synaptic vesicles.

I am not sure that claim is true or can be found in the reliable sources. Most modern review papers on batrachotoxin describe its action on sodium channels, not on synaptic vesicles. For this reason, I propose to remove that dubious claim. Ion Soggo (talk) 02:47, 8 March 2026 (UTC)
