“Expansionist foreign policy”
Quoting the History > 2018-present currency crisis subheading:
“The Turkish lira deflated by over 400% compared to the US dollar and the euro since 2008, largely due to Erdoğan's expansionist foreign policy.”
This sentence cites an oddly high number of sources, most of which constitute original research, none of which mention anything that supports the “expansionist foreign policy” remark, which is itself a vague statement.
Instead mentioning Turkey’s current account deficit and foreign-currency debt may be preferable. 71.247.20.96 (talk) 01:57, 1 July 2024 (UTC)
