Death Place

He died in Soroka Medical Center, Beersheba, Israel, not in Rafah. At least tell the truth and show the world how injured Palestinians are treated in Israeli hospitals. It's the least you can do. רון18 (talk) 14:29, 4 December 2025 (UTC)

It has been confirmed he’s been killed by Hamas and that the idf left him their to die after he called for help ~2025-38329-65 (talk) 15:54, 4 December 2025 (UTC)

Point us at the source, please. Kelisi (talk) 16:46, 4 December 2025 (UTC)
The IDF actually evacuated him to an Israeli hospital, where they tried to treat him. That's where he died. רון18 (talk) 17:23, 4 December 2025 (UTC)
Source? ~2025-38504-27 (talk) 02:37, 5 December 2025 (UTC)
@~2025-38504-27: here, though the hospital denied his admission. Freedoxm (talk · contribs) 00:21, 6 December 2025 (UTC)
From the source in the previous post: "The Popular Forces ... dismissed as 'misleading' reports that he was killed by Hamas, which had accused him of collaborating with Israel." Best wishes, Pol098 (talk) 12:02, 6 December 2025 (UTC)

DEFAULTSORT

Should there be a DEFAULTSORT instruction? Was Abu Shabab his actual surname? Yasser is a common enough Arabic given name, and surely Yasser Abu Shabab should not be sorted by that. "Abu Shabab" is a single phrase (it means "father of youth"); so I think that there are clearly one given name and one surname. Kelisi (talk) 16:44, 4 December 2025 (UTC)
