Tibusungu 'e Vayayana (Chinese: 汪明輝; pinyin: Wāng Mínghuī) is a Taiwanese Tsou geographer and politician. He has served as the Deputy Minister of the Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP) since 20 May 2016.[1]
