Torpoint is an electoral division of Cornwall in the United Kingdom which returns one member to sit on Cornwall Council. It was created at the 2021 local elections, being formed from parts of the former divisions of Torpoint East and Torpoint West. Since 2025, the division has been represented by Rob Parsonage.[3] Initially elected as a Reform UK candidate and leader of the Reform group on the council, Parsonage quit the party in October 2025.[4] He was part of the Cornish Independent Non-aligned Group before becoming a Conservative in February 2026.[5]
