Toshitsugu Saito

Japanese politician From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Toshitsugu Saito (斉藤 斗志二, Saitō Toshitsugu; born 27 December 1944) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party and a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet from 1986 to 2009. A native of Fuji, Shizuoka and graduate of Sophia University, he attended Waseda University for graduate study and business school at the University of Washington in the United States.
