Uğur (Kurdish: Tilebêr;[2] Syriac: Tel-Bal)[3][a] is a village in the Cizre District of Şırnak Province in Turkey.[5] The village is populated by Kurds of the Aluwa tribe and had a population of 207 in 2021.[1]
