The Brașov–Satulung Suburban Railway (Romanian: Calea ferată locală Brașov–Satulung, Hungarian: Brassó–Hosszufalusi közuti vonal, German: Brassó–Hosszufaluer Strassenbahn) was a Standard-gauge rail line in Brașov County, Romania. At its inauguration, on 7 March 1892, it stretched from Bartolomeu railway station, in Northern Brașov, to Satulung, today incorporated in Săcele[1]. Shortened several times, as to not incommodate the increasing traffic inside Brașov, the line was eventually closed down in the spring of 1960. On railway maps and timetables, it was marked under the number 295a until 1919, 156 or 160 until 1948 and then 40 until the end. None of the original rolling stock or track line survives.
