Hi, as a Wikipedian I focus on increasing the exposure of the Caribbean on Wikipedia platforms, on improving the quality of its content and adding new images.
In 2018 I joined the Dutch wikiproject "Wiki Goes Caribbean". I have contributed with articles on the Dutch Caribbean, mainly on politics, heritage and women (gendergap), in both the Dutch and Papiamento wikipedias. With my Papiamento articles I promote the use of the Papiamento language and provide digital access to knowledge of the islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao. Since February 2021 I am a moderator for the Papiamento Wikipedia.
I was born and raised in the Dutch Caribbean with roots from the English speaking Caribbean and reside presently in the Netherlands.
