This list of the tallest buildings in Caucasus ranks skyscrapers in the Caucasus region by height. As of 2026, Baku, Batumi, Tbilisi, and Grozny are the only cities in the region to contain skyscrapers—defined as buildings exceeding 100 m (328 ft) in height. The tallest building in the Caucasus is the Baku Tower in Baku, Azerbaijan, which rises to a height of 276.3 m (906 ft).


Tallest buildings
This list ranks buildings in Caucasus that stand at least 100 m (328 ft) tall, based on standard height measurement. This includes spires and architectural details but excludes antenna masts. The "Year" column indicates the year of completion. An equal sign (=) following a rank indicates the same height between two or more buildings.
