Christine DeFazio is an art historian, educator, author, and curator based in the Bronx, New York, who specializes in urban arts and graffiti history.

Professional Roles and Expertise Author: She wrote the book Bronx Visual Identity from Subway 'Writers' to Mural Artists: Aerosol Art from 1968 to the Present (2026), which explores the evolution of aerosol art through interviews with legendary graffiti pioneers like T-KID 170, BG 183, and SJK 171.
