move-talk-section is a userscript that automates the process of moving discussion sections from one page to another, leaving behind {{Discussion moved to}}, and optionally sending a notification to the section's author. This script runs on the Teahouse, Help desk, Reference desk, Village Pump, and all talk pages and noticeboards.

Installation
Automatic
- Click on the 'Install' button in the infobox, or at the top of the script's source page.
Note: If there's no 'Install' button, make sure you have the script installer enabled in your preferences: Preferences → Gadgets → Advanced →

Manual
- Place
{{subst:iusc|User:DVRTed/move-talk-section.js}}on your common.js file.
Usage
- Click on the "[move section]" option, usually located next to the "edit section";
- Type in the target page name and click Move.
