Warren Amerine Stephens (born February 18, 1957) is an American businessman who has served as the United States ambassador to the United Kingdom since 2025.

Early life and education (1957–1981)
Stephens graduated from Trinity Presbyterian School in May 1975.[1]
Career
Political activities (1996–present)
In December 2024, Stephens donated US$4 million to the second inauguration of Donald Trump; the donation was made on the same day that Trump announced that Stephens would be his nominee for United States ambassador to the United Kingdom.[2]
U.S. Ambassador to the United Kingdom (2025–present)
On December 2, 2024, president-elect Donald Trump named Stephens as his nominee for United States ambassador to the United Kingdom.[3] His role was supplemented by Mark Burnett, a former producer of The Apprentice who was named as special envoy to the United Kingdom.[4]
