Papara is a Turkish-based online money transfers and payment services subsidiary of the parent company FinTech company, and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. The company operates as a payment processor for online vendors, auction sites and many other commercial users, for which it charges a fee. BKM Express began accepting cards as of March 16, 2021. Papara is a member of Mastercard, Visa, and the Interbank Card Centers.

It currently has over 14 million users. Allows users to use services domestically and overseas, also allows to open a foreign exchange account (Dollar, Euro, Sterling), sending and receiving money, receiving promotional payments as you spend , paying bills, donations, e-pin, Istanbulkart balance loading, coupons,
