With regard to image copyrights, when I create a new page for species, I use my own images first deposited in the Naturalist Newsletter section of my Public Domain website at https://www.backyardnature.net. These same images have been uploaded to iNaturalist under the user name jimmex, and offered to the Public Domain. The images on species pages I create for Wikipedia have been uploaded to Wikimedia with CC0 license and the username gaiacoyote. Images appearing on my Wikipedia pages which are duplicated on my website and on iNaturalist are by no means infringing on copyrights.
