Here is a list of the notable mistakes I have made. If you notice any that should be added, please let me know on my talk page. I will continue to update this as I inevitably make more mistakes.

• 11/27/24 I inadvertently created over 200 redirects in various requests at Wikipedia:Articles for creation/Redirects that turned out to be from sockpuppets of User:TotalTruthTeller24. One such request can be found here. These redirects were subsequently deleted, after which I took a discussion about it to the wrong venue. One of the more embarrassing things I've done on this platform.
• 5/26/2025: I accidentally moved the entire talk page (and subpages) of Wikipedia:WikiProject Ireland when attempting to close a requested move and then forgot to check the "Without leaving a redirect" box when reverting this mistake. The cleanup from this mess can also be seen in my CSD log. Sorry to the administrator(s) who dealt with this absolutely ridiculous mistake.
