History
The Grauzone Festival was founded by Marc Emmerik and Natasja Alers. The first edition took place in February 2013 in the music venue Melkweg in Amsterdam. Apart from bands performing there's also symposiums with readings and public interviews, often with artists who also perform at the festival.[1] In addition, films are being shown, often musical documentaries.
