I am a plasma astrophysicist working on open-source software for plasma science and heliophysics. On Wikipedia, my goal is to improve content on plasma science and astrophysical plasmas.
In the past, I co-taught a graduate course in plasma astrophysics. My research has mostly been on numerical simulations of magnetic reconnection, including in partially ionized plasma in the solar chromosphere. I've since kicked my Fortran habit and now work on Python software for plasma science. Most of my research products are listed on ORCiD.
My username is a string of random consonants after my first several choices were already taken. Think of it as a persistent identifier. 😅
