One photo down, a lot to go! I will probably replace this one anyway as it was taken with my phone and clearly not my best work.
Photo expiry date is the year it must be replaced, which is 7 years after when it was taken. For example, Brookmans Park is '2026' so its photo is considered expired on 1st January 2027, no matter what date in 2019 it was taken.
The importance scale is subjective but will help me order which articles to tackle first. This will be worked out as the largest difference between the article's importance and assessment rating. This is currently Stevenage, which is 4 stars but a Stub-class article.
For practical reasons I cannot go to Watlington to take a photo of the platforms, even though the current one is 18 years old. However, I will make an attempt to reach the stations that need it and as you can probably work out some of these are in my vicinity anyway.
By photo I mean a photo of the station's platform(s) from standing on them or a good vantage point (e.g. footbridge). For this reason, terminus stations and stations with large numbers of platforms are excluded as trying to get a good photo is very difficult.
I am not going to be able to make all these articles amazing, as it depends on how much there is to say and the available information online or in publications. However, in an ideal situation the pages' assessments will be roughly equal to their relative importance.
