Jacqueline Frasca is the Director of Digital Marketing and Web Strategy for PTC Inc. Her product expertise lies in PTC Creo, Windchill (software), ServiceMax, Codebeamer, Servigistics, and other PTC products.
She was born March 12, 1991 in Framingham, Massachusetts and graduated from Emerson College in 2012 with a Bachelor's in Writing, Literature, and Publishing and a minor in Poetry. She serves as the editor in chief on East Coast Ink literary magazine and is an active poet with several publications.
