A replacement matrix for the tasklist/MCOTW.
Data fields for each entry:
- Nominator
- Name of article
- Date and oldid nominated
- Reason
- Suggested improvements
- Deadline
- Collaborating editors
- Priority (generally identical to the WPMED article importance classification)
Process:
- Any editor can nominate an article for the tasklist
- Deadlines should reflect the needed improvements and whether the task is complicated or straightforward
- If no improvements have been made by the deadline, the original nominator can choose to extend the deadline or for the article listing to be archived
- Collaborating editors need not declare their involvement, but this facilitates communication
