About Me

Greetings! I am KPSC0001. I am a researcher and bibliophile currently working at the Shree Natnagar Shodh Samsthan (The Raghubir Library and Research Institute) in Sitamau, Madhya Pradesh.

Being part of an institution founded by the historian **Dr. Raghubir Sinh**, I have a deep interest in the preservation and study of primary historical sources of Central and Western India.

Areas of Specialization

  • Malwa Princely States: Deep interest in the Maratha-Rajput political dynamics and the history of the Holkar and Scindia states.
  • Rajputana Princely States: Focusing on the various clans and the socio-political evolution of the Rajasthan region.
  • Gujarat Princely States: Researching the fragmented yet rich history of the Kathiawar and Rewa Kantha agencies.

Professional Environment

At the **Raghubir Library**, I have the privilege of working amongst a collection of over 45,000 books and 5,000+ rare manuscripts in Persian, Marathi, Hindi, and English. I am particularly interested in the records housed in the **Shri Keshavdas Abhilekhagar (Archives)**, including the state papers of the erstwhile Sitamau State.

My Wikipedia Goals

I aim to utilize the authentic archival materials at my disposal to:

  • Improve the accuracy of articles related to Princely States of India.
  • Add citations from rare manuscripts and primary Sanads (treaties).
  • Expand the history of the Malwa regions.
