I read Geography and I am particularly interested in transportation management. I hope in the future to complete a MPlan / MA / MSc in something to do with Transportation management or Town Planning, and possibly onwards to a DPhil or a Ph.D. I did my dissertation on
"A post-structuralist philosophical re-evaluation of literature produced on the South Wales Disturbances during the 1910s and 1920s, especially in reference to Irish immigration."
I am well-versed in the local geography of south Wales.
I am also pretty knowledgable about Turkey and Turkish affairs, and I will contribute and edit articles related to Istanbul and Turkey.
I speak French and Welsh more or less fluently. After living in Turkey for a few years, I can speak Turkish quite well. I speak Italian to a lesser degree and Spanish is very easy to read. I am attempting to learn German, with some success. I also speak a tinsy bit of Russian, although it is a lot harder to stick at than the others were.
I am trained in Associated Press style for writing and editing copy, a lot of my edits on Wikipedia will be to fix wayward commas, greengrocer's apostrophes, needless capitalisations, mixed British/American spellings, and also making things which are not necessarily incorrect sound more succinct in English.
