Hi, I'm the Communications Officer at Mother Cabrini Health Foundation. I am here looking to make helpful changes to the MCHF article, and although I haven't used Wikipedia before, I will make it my priority to only suggest content that is within Wikipedia's guidelines. I work with User:Bvar on Wiki, who has a lot of experience and has learned about managing financial COI on Wikipedia, particularly that I must always disclose and allow Wikipedia's editors to make final judgments on the changes I propose.
