From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I have access to several offline sources. If you would like some information from one of them then just leave a message on my talk page / e-mail me & I'll get back to you. If you know something is in these books but don't have enough information for a full citation then by all means copy & paste the cite templates below (which are as complete as possible). You are also welcome to use the citations for essays & bibliographies - though obviously you should have/ have read the sources anyway.

Unsurprisingly I have many computing related resources. Many of which aren't really that hard to get hold of...

Please note for journals & magazines, please use the correct parameters. If in doubt just ask me and I'll let you know.

  • IEEE Intelligent Systems - Starting with the September/October 2011 issue & likely finishing with the July/August 2012 issue. I get the issues at least 1 month later on account of being in the UK.[1]
  • ITNOW - Starting with late 2009 until around mid 2012[2]
  • Operating Systems: Internals and Design Principles, William Stallings[3]
  • The Principles of Computer Hardware, Alan Clements[4]
  • The Mythical Man-Month, Fred Brooks[5]
  • The Humane Interface, Jef Raskin[6]
  • Introduction to Algorithms, Multiple[7]

Nature

I have copies of "The Garden" from the RHS from October 2011 to (at least) September 2012 (obviously I haven't got editions from the future).

I've used the cite journal template, though I appreciate that calling "The Garden" a journal could be a bit of a stretch...

This is an example. Please remember to change the parameters to those relevant to the article you wish to reference. If in doubt just ask me and I'll let you know.

  • The Garden - example citation[8]
