Hello my name is Nathan I was born on 12/28/2008 I'm currently 17 as of 2/4/26 I bet most of the people who will be reading this probably made their accounts before I was even born. I made this account because lately I've felt like new media is way too much I scroll on Tiktok too much and spend hours on my phone and lately I've gotten negative impacts from it such as unproductivity, hearing too much bad news, and its probably destroyed my attention span since I've had the app since 2018 which then I was only in the 4th grade but I've gotten better since I've put the phone down as I'm writing this I am listening to the Bad Company 10 from 6 album for the first time I collect records so I was just gifted this one. Also im gonna write this sorta like I got my own page which would be cool to have

Nathan was born on December 28th 2008, with two parents and two sisters and a cute orange cat named Sam. By the time I was 2 we had moved where I had met my childhood bestfriend who we'll call K and later on in 2013 we had to give Sam up for adoption which was very sad for my 4-5 year old self.

Me and K end up going to our first day of school together and continued going to school together all the way until she moved after our 3rd grade year, Covid-19 was a huge changing point when I went to school March 13 2020 I was ready for a normal day of 5th grade after the previous day the school dismissed us early because a kid got sick. After that I wasn't in school in person up until the middle of 6th grade where they finally let us come back. I almost failed that school year mainly because of virtual school and just not doing any work I was too busy playing Minecraft

Another major point in my life was my 7th-8th grade years when I came out as transgender it wasn't rough at all I'm a positive person I may go more in depth into this in another heading. During my 7th-8th grade years I focused heavily on what I was going to do in the future and falling asleep in class which probably lead to my teachers recommending me to our counselor for a special program at a trade school only for 9th graders at the time I had never even heard of that trade school or the program but I wanted to join so I did and out of about 130 other middle schoolers I had gotten into it I was so excited.

Freshman year rolls around and I start that program and it was one of the best things that has ever happened in my life I met my current best friend who we'll call C and I learned all about different trades which was basically all that program was for I had so much fun during this school year but I didn't do much work unless it was in my shop class which I loved we practiced many things such as roofing, cutting wood, welding, and basic electrical work and can you believe that class was free? its such an amazing program. We build a shed in during that year took a lot of time for 10 14-15 year old kids to build a shed and now that future me runs over it we were breaking so many OSHA regulations but it was fun. Also during this program we had a chance to visit any 3 programs which can only be taken by juniors and seniors the 3 programs I choose to visit was Electrical, Automotive, and HVAC for that entire school year I was ready to go into Automotive but last minute I decided that I was going to do HVAC.

Sophomore year finally comes I was 15 going on 16 and I was going crazy, I hated the school I hated regular classes it was torment having to sit down and shut up for hours I was angry that I had to go to school where everything seemed unfair but there was one class I hated more then any other class I've taken it was Foundations of Art I would have enjoyed the class if it wasn't for the teacher. it felt like everyday was repeating everyday a teacher or new school rule would make me even angrier nothing special about this school year.

Finally my Junior year which is the present as of February 4th 2026 now I am taking the HVAC program and I am enjoying it and learning a lot but it seems like so little also but ill have to keep on learning for this trade i cant wait to begin an apprenticeship at my highschool we have A and B days which are different schedules for different days on an A day I have 4 classes at my normal highschool and on a B day i have 1 class at my normal highschool then i get on the bus to the trade school
